CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION Policy Cancellations: must be made with a 24-hour notice. Any cancellations after that will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked. Payment: Card on file must be valid. Otherwise, all fees must be satisfied before any future appointments can be made. Sick: If you are not feeling well or have any cold/flu symptoms please cancel or reschedule your appointment with a 2 day notice. Late: All clients have a 15 minute grace period, after that, all serviced booked may not be performed.
